Moshe Rubashkin Update

I spoke with the court about an hour ago to confirm Moshe Rubashkin's sentence. Here's what I was told:

1. The sentence could have been as long as 18 months or as short as 12 months. Moshe Rubashkin got 16 months.

2. He must surrender himself January 6, 2009, at 2 pm.

3. The court recommended he serve his sentence at Ottisville, NY.
