Formerly There writes:
Rabbi Zellingold when he was there [at Agriprocessors, "inspecting" the plant in response to the Forward's award-winning exposé of Rubashkin worker abuse] only visited the beef side of the plant where workers were paid more then the chicken side. He spoke to only "green" hats who are leaders on the floor. They are paid starting at 8 dollars an hour compared to other workers who make 5.50 - 5.75 an hour. This is why he says what he says.
If this is true, and if Rabbi Zeilingold did this knowingly (or could have easily known), I see clear room to indict him.
With his history, the government can make a strong case against him – and, sad to say, against the man he has used and manipulated for years: Carlos Carbonera.
