New Orleans Jews

Here is an explanation of the New Orleans Jewish community from a (former) Federation employee who recently moved to New Haven. It talks about the different neighborhoods, where Jews lived, and how different neighborhoods were damaged by the storm. He's very close to Chabad and has some nice things to say about Rabbi Nemes.
