Passover In Ethiopia

The Forward has an article on how Passover was celebrated in Ethiopia. Included is a recipe for Doro Wat (chicken stew) that even a Chabadnik could eat (if Chabad ate garlic and other spices on Passover, that is) and information on an Ethiopian seder being held in New York City.
