המקום ינחם אתכם בתוך שאר אבלי ציון וירושלים
May the Omnipresent comfort you among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

השם ינקום דמם
May G-d avenge their blood.

Amen.

Rabbi Twesrky is not the head of Toras Moshe. He is one of the Rebbeim, a Senior Rabbi. The head is Moshe Meiselman.

My heart goes out to their families.

Deepest sympathy to the families.

R. Moshe Twersky hy"d was not the son in law of R. Soloveichik, he was his grandson, his father the Talner Rebbe of Boston zt'l R. Yitzhak Asher(Isadore) Twersky. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isadore_Twersky

Wishing some measure of comfort to the families and loved ones during this time of horrific trauma in their lives. Our thoughts are with you.

"Twersky was the son-in-law of the yeshiva’s founder"

Incorrect. Rav Twersky was the son in law of Rav Abba Berman, who founded a different yeshiva, totally unrelated to Toras Moshe.
