A former Brooklyn gang member who apparently became a hasidic rabbi named Rabbi Avraham Gross is facing dozens of charges after he allegedly posed as a law enforcement officer in a case that prosecutors call "one of the strangest" they've seen. Roberto Eddy Santos was a member of the Latin Kings in the 1990s and served 10 years in Sing Sing for violent robberies. He allegedly posed as a member of the non-existent NY State "child abuse prevention task force." Pictures on social media reportedly show him socializing with hasidim.

I keep coming back to look at his pic. He looks so familiar, but I can't figure out from where. I searched for him on FM, thinking I must have seen it on here, but I don't see that it was posted here before. It's making me very uncomfortable.
