New York State Police in Monroe have reportedly arrested a Satmar hasid for allegedly sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy.
27-year-old Leiby Frankel of the satmar Village of Kiryas Joel, was arrested on charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child – both misdemeanors, the MidHudson News reported.
The alleged sex abuse occurred last February at a building where Frankel is employed.
Frankel was reportedly released without bond on an appearance ticket pending a future court appearance.

Baltimore Yid... As I understand it, many chassidim are actually employed in the electronics, jewelry, and clothing industries. A lot of it is "under the table" to evade taxes etc, but they do work. It's more the "yeshivish" types that waste their entire lives in kollel.

Assuming he recited the proper berakhah it is a misdemeanor. Otherwise he could have been charged with a felony. I
Also, if he said the berakhah he gets an aliyah on Shabbos.

This is pedophile #2 from KJ. During Passover Joel Gluck was arrested for forcible touching of a child. He's due back in Town of Monroe court in July. I applaud the parents who are not afraid of the KJ leadership and are starting to report the abuse of their children. If more parents would report these men the streets of KJ will start to be cleaned up of the filth of these child molesters !Protect your children, REPORT THE MONSTERS who do these horrible acts against the KJ children !!News 12 went to his job, Monroe Health located in Kiryas Joel and he was there working.
