4 Haredi Lev Tahor Cult Children Returned To Their Cult Family
The decision to return the children to their family in the Lev Tahor cult despite ample evidence of abuse that took place in Quebec was made by a judge in Ontario.

CTV reports:
Four more Lev Tahor children have been returned to their parents.
At a child custody hearing Wednesday in Chatham, the lawyers representing the Lev Tahor families and Chatham-Kent Children’s Services consented to the return of the children to their parents, affective Thursday.
However it may be temporary, as a settlement hearing will be held in late summer.
Justice Paul Kowalyshyn congratulated all parties for coming to “an appropriate, thorough and well thought out consent.”
Kowalyshyn adds, “This consent reflects the spirit of cooperation. Hopefully the society and family can build on that.”
The decision comes one week after Kowalyshyn ordered children’s service return an infant back into the care of the baby’s 17-year-old mother. The two were separated when the mother was taken into custody in Calgary after fleeing Ontario in March.
Two Lev Tahor children remain in CAS custody. That matter will be heard on May 29.
In total, 13 children were taken into full-time care of the province on Justice Lina Templeton’s order back in April.
In November, approximately 40 families with the Jewish group left Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, Que., and relocated to Chatham.
What CTV doesn't say is that the judge did not make his decision based on the evidence against these families collected while they were in Quebec, or on the fact that Lev Tahor's leader was previously convicted of kidnapping a child in the US, or that groups linked to Lev Tahor in Israel have been responsible for horrific cases of child sex abuse.
Instead, he primarily relied on local child protection workers in the sticks of rural Ontario.
In other words, if Lev Tahor or an individual Lev Tahor family beat and tortured a child or neglected him in Quebec in October, this judge would be fine with returning that child to the cult and his abusive family becuase the abuse did not take place in Ontario.
This is Canadian justice.
This is great news for anyone who isn't a state worshiping fascist like many of the denizens of this blog.
You don't have to like a religion to understand that they have the right to live their lives and bring up their children as they see fit.

And since you KNOW that these children where indeed abused in Quebec these hick town Ontario judges are most inept because the Quebec inspectors would not show up in Ontario court.
Pity you are not the judge and executioner. Surely u would do a far better job at this.

If you have children, it is my sincere hope that they are taken away from you. You are, quite simply, unspeakable garbage.

"they have the right to live their lives and bring up their children as they see fit." Um, no. No, they don't. Go back to sleep now.

. . . i just happen to be liberal minded myself and holds to the belief that this particular group of the Lev Tahor members were being unfairly singled out and, as a consequence, have had their rights trampled on.
The strong arm of justice itself must in my opinion, be without reproach. The allegations and subsequent charges laid against this group did not meet the basic standards of impartiality required for me to believe or to trust the Children Aids Services were acting in good faith.
And though the Family Courts can in many ways function spuriously - in that they are not required to act in accordance to or within the frame work and principles of "Due Process," but rather on a presumption or likely hood of the probability of guilt - i do believe the courts made the correct choice to reunite the children with their parents.
And in this particular situation i will have to trust that what was agreed upon for the interim is can only be beneficial to the children.
