Extortion Charges Against Hasidic Child Sex Abuse Whistleblower Sam Kellner To Be Dropped Tomorrow

Prosecutors in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office will move to dismiss extortion charges against Samuel Kellner tomorrow, Niall MacGiollabhui, one of Kellner's attorneys, confirmed.

 

The Jewish Week's Hella Winston is reporting that prosecutors in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office will move to dismiss extortion charges against Samuel Kellner tomorrow, Niall MacGiollabhui, one of Kellner's attorneys, confirmed late this afternoon.

This saga has two parts.

Part I:

Like Dreyfus, the framing of an innocent man. Kellner was a whitleblower and the "system" came down hard on him for making waves even though of course from the get go they knew he was innocent of these alleged charges. Witnesses purjured themselves, documents and tapes dissappeared, etc. .

G-d in heaven looked down and threw out all the corrupt and corruptors. Hopefully this news is true and tomorrow, justice will be done for Part I.

Part II

The guilty, both in framing an innocent man, and those who molest children, have to be brought to justice. Wonder if this will happen. Stay tuned.
