I never understood why Yoellish wrote about the three oaths. The oath to abuse animals is just as fundamental to Haredim as the oaths to abuse the poor, to abuse women and to abuse children. Did Yoellish forget or could he not count to four?

Most normal people are taught as children not to interfere with horses or other animals in this manner because the animal might kick or bite or both (in addition to issues of animal cruelty). It's too bad that the natural instincts to do this are somewhat surpressed in police horses. Those idolaters need a good horse kick in the head.
