A 16-year-old haredi yeshiva student was reportedly stabbed Friday night in Bnei Brak by a group of shabbabnikim, haredi teens of various levels of religious observance who have dropped out of yeshiva and who spend their days roaming the streets. The attackers reportedly fled the scene and evaded capture – until now.

A 16-year-old haredi yeshiva student was stabbed Friday night in Bnei Brak by a group of shabbabnikim, haredi teens of various levels of religious observance who have dropped out of yeshiva and who spend their days roaming the streets. The attackers reportedly fled the scene and evaded capture.

But police reportedly announced today that two teenage males – 16- and 19-years-old – have been now been arrested in the stabbing and that the knife believed to have been used in the attack was recovered in the home of the 16-year-old.

Both suspects reportedly had remand hearings today, the older boy in the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court and the younger in juvenile court.

That's what happens when you have Charedim go free-range and they have no education or understanding of moral and civil values or the law.

Just walk around Jewish sections of Brooklyn and you will witness the following: Crossing a major avenue and having a car full of frum teens turning nearly hitting you and then having them scream out the window you crossing too slow; walking on Saturday and having two frum teens nearly knock you over while hitting your shoulder roughly with theirs; on the same walk seeing another group of frum teens who are drunk and carrying a liquor bottle, the rov must have given them an exemption to use the eruv for that, causing a ruckus in their drunken stupor while searching for homes that are having a kiddush and they can drink some more. A knife fight is the logical next step.

shmarya does not roam the streets and does not stab ppl on the streets on shabbat . only hareidi teens do that . they are violent and they don't know what to do with their lives , bc they have no structure , no education , no morals .

I was only wondering why FM would refer to them as haraidi? They dont act/dress like they are haraidi. Would Shmarya like it if we refer to him as Chabad???

Last time I was in Benai Brak and saw them they sure didnt look haraidi/chasidish to me. Mabey in your dictionary anyone with a kipa (in his pocket or on his head) is haraidi.
