Video: After Court Fight, Ex-Neturei Karta Leader's Children Admitted To School With Gender-Bending Results
After their father won a court fight to get them there, Moshe Aryeh Friedman's boys were enrolled today in a hasidic school in Antwerp. The catch? It's an all girls school, Benoth Jerusalem, and Friedman wanted his boys to go to school there. Even stranger, Friedman has already filed suit against an all boys haredi school that refused to enroll – you guessed it – Friedman's daughters.
Friedman is obviously exploiting Belgian law to stick it to various factions in the hasidic community that he's having a dispute with – perhaps, for example, the alleged attempt by Rabbi Leib Glanz, his brother Menashe Ganz, and allegedly Satmar's Untied Talmudical Academy to steal the title to Friedman's Brooklyn, New York home. Satmar has allegedly been using other hasidic groups as proxies in its fight with Friedman, which could help explain Friedman's bizarre schooling choices for his children.
At any rate, the hasidic world is up in arms over Friedman's gender-bending.
An order was reportedly issued from a New York beit din last week ordering Jews everywhere to shun Friedman. The order has allegedly been posted in dozens of Antwerp synagogues.

All I can say is poor poor children. He would be better off home schooling them, then subjecting his kids to a girs only school. How will they even use the bathroom? Will they trade stickers, and chat about barbie dolls with the girs? truly sad when parents involve their kids in their agenda.

He learned terrorist tactics from his Iranian friends. All he was trying to do was get his boys accepted in the boys school. When he was rebuffed he exploited the girl's school legal status as a legal public school to force his hand. It was the mosdos' mistake that led to this fiasco.

Shmarya, you got the facts wrong again ( what else is new)
He registered his daughters in Yavne, which is a boys and girls school with classes segregated by gender.
This has nothing to do with the Glantz story, it has to do with the fact that he sues people right left and center.
He never pays his rent, and gets into conflicts with everyone.
Another fact you got wrong. Friedman was never the halachic owner of the property (Glantz) in question - Glantz asked his first cousin - MAF - to allow (Glaznt) him to use his "name" to purchase said property. They made a halachic contract. Then Friedman decided that since the property is now in his name, that he might as well keep it - and that's why he doesn't want to go to beis din. Hence beis din gave out a siruv on him.

Smile. glantz pleaded guilty and that's why Friedman had to escape to Belgium. Why do you think he just got up and left with his 8 kids. Since Glantz admitted all he has done - Friedman got into trouble with the feds as well. Yes - they're both crooks. But Glantz is the one that paid for the property.

However, it also reminds me of those movies where the bank robber decides to cheat the getaway car driver out of his "fair share" of the proceeds. Just one of the risks of entering into a contract-halachic or otherwise- with another crook for crooked purposes is that you might not get your fair share. Crooks do have a propensity for that kind of cheating...

Moishe, your explanation makes no sense. If Glanz paid for the property and MAF stole it, then Glanz would have been given permission to go to the civil courts if MAF ignored Beis Din.
Clearly Glanz was trying to hide the source of his funds which he may have been laundering on behalf of Satmar institutions.

Friedman lived in Belgium in the late 90's before he moved to Vienna. His cousin asked him to use his name. Glantz admitted this to the feds and that's why Friedman had to leave literally overnight to Belgium: to escape the feds. because he was technically an accomplice.

By searching further on the Web into the mainstream media reports on the issue the indications are that FM & VIN have deliberately provoked this false reporting on the issue.
According to Belgium and Int media reports there an upcoming court case next week against Benoth Jerusalem/Yavne for rejecting the 3 Daughters of Friedman/Rosenzweig into an all girls school!!!!!
