Man Arrested For Stalking, Harassment
Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced the arrest of
YEKESEIL GLUCK, [of Williamsburg,] Brooklyn, New York, date of
birth 3/13/1974, on charges of Stalking (1 count) and Harassment (2
counts). Gluck surrendered himself to Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office
detectives. The arrest stemmed from an investigation in which, over a period of
several weeks, Yekeseil GLUCK allegedly utilized electronic equipment to
telephonically stalk and harass a female victim with whom he had no
personal relationship.

Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli announced the arrest of YEKESEIL GLUCK, 562 Bedford Avenue, Apt. 3B, Brooklyn, New York, date of birth 3/13/1974, on charges of Stalking (1 count) and Harassment (2 counts). Gluck surrendered himself to Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office detectives on Thursday, January 10, 2013. The arrest is the result of a month long investigation conducted by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Computer Crimes Task Force under the direction of Chief Steven Cucciniello.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation in which, over a period of several weeks, Yekeseil GLUCK utilized electronic equipment to telephonically stalk and harass a female victim with whom he had no personal relationship.
Prosecutor Molinelli states that these charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and would like to thank the New York City Police Department and the Nutley, NJ Police Department for their assistance with the investigation.
