Johnny Physical Lives
"Thanks to your support, JOHNNY PHYSICAL LIVES,
a film about how rock n' roll transformed my late brother's experience
of leukemia, just finished a successful Kickstarter campaign. I'm proud
to announce that the film is in the running for IndieWire's Project of
the Month (after winning the Project of the Week nomination). The winner
of this contest receives a chance at amazing exposure through a
consultation with the Tribeca Film Institute."

Please take a moment to VOTE (there's some pretty stiff competition!) to continue supporting this growing conversation about young adults and cancer. Voting closes Friday so please vote now.
We need as many votes as possible so please share this link on Facebook and Twitter and forward this email to friends, family or anyone you know who has been touched by cancer.
You can't kill rock n' roll.

Where can we see this amazing film?

Better to give directly to the cancer hospitals. No possibility of monkey business and the money goes directly to research.....100% of it. There is no possibility of any gelt going to buy lingerie for any Rabbis.

Chailifeline is not about cancer research but about helping families out during the trying ordeal that pediatric cancer brings on. Check out their web site as to the services that they offer.
If your child or grandchild was stricken with cancer you would realize that while research toward finding cures for cancer is important your immediate need for help would be pressing.

BTDT. This "charity" does not donate all the money for the sick kids.....most dollars wind up in their pockets. Anyone who donates to any Chabad charity needs to understand the focus is not on charity but in skimming.
Sloan Kettering and many other cancer centers will provide the same services FREE with their special programs.

Chai Lifeline is a Chabad charity?! First time I am hearing this. If that is the case then god bless Chabad!
