An unidentified Chabad rabbi and a ConEd worker were reportedly stuck almost 20 feet in the air in a bucket truck last night after the aging truck’s lift failed.

An unidentified Chabad rabbi and a ConEd worker were reportedly stuck almost 20 feet in the air in a bucket truck last night after the aging truck’s lift failed.

The rabbi was attempting to light a large public menorah when the ConEd truck’s lift mechanism stopped working.

The New Rochelle Fire Department used a ladder truck to rescue the men.

If it was a LIPA truck they would have been stuck there for two weeks.
