Rabbi Earl David Disbarred
Rabbi Earl David, also known as Rabbi Avraham David, who billed himself as an expert on Torah codes and related kabbalistic thought, was disbarred retroactively today for a massive immigration fraud scheme that netted David millions of dollars and is considered to be the largest immigration fraud in US history. Rabbi Earl Avraham David is the grandson of the late Strettyner Rebbi, Rabbi Solomon Langner, z'tl, of Toronto, Canada.
Reuters reports:
Attorney-turned-rabbi Earl David has been disbarred, six months after pleading guilty to running a multimillion-dollar immigration fraud mill through a New York law firm.
David fled to Canada in 2006 when he learned his company, the David Firm in Manhattan, was under investigation, authorities said. The dual-Canadian-U.S. citizen was arrested last year in Canada and extradited in January to face federal charges in New York.
David agreed to forfeit $2.5 million when he pleaded guilty to conspiracy and wire fraud charges in April. He has not yet been sentenced.
The disciplinary committee of the First Department, Appellate Division, disbarred him retroactively to April, according to a decision released Thursday.…
He fled the country to avoid cooperating with authorities and they waited six years to disbar him? New York is so over-rated.

This fraud artist may not even be a rabbi or even Jewish. Read here:

There really was a rabbi by the name of Solomon Langner. He was the unpaid rabbi of two of small synagogues in the old Jewish neighborhood in Toronto. I met him over 50 years ago.

So his immigration plans had a red string attached?

Earl David was the king of vocational immigration fraud. He defrauded desperate people and fled to Canada hid knowing the law was closing in.
I met plenty of his victims.
He is a vile criminal.
