The two scandal-prone 'holy people' are accused of trying to bribe a senior police investigator who was investigating other alleged crimes that may have involved the couple, and of laundering money.

Please Israeli authorities prosecute financial crimes cases in a totally different way then USA does, the fact that he got house arrest within 24 hr's means this isn't gonna be a big deal look at Olmart.
In fact this might be saving him from any US investigation that might be happening right now.
