A sign like this does not happen for no reason. Obviously the sign writers from experience know that "please" and "por favor" work for English and Spanish readers but much stronger wording is required for Yiddish readers. I am not condoning the acts of violence and vandalism proposed but they are indicitive of the extreme frustration felt by people whose driveways must be regularly blocked by the frumma. I have personally witnessed on a regular basis the complete disregard the frumma have for the rights of others and parking across someone's driveway is just one example...
