Accused Toronto Pedophile Reportedly Re-Arrested

Heshi Nussbaum was reportedly arrested again yesterday on 4 additional child sexual abuse charges.

I'm told by one of his alleged victims that Heshi Nussbaum was arrested again yesterday on four additional child sexual abuse charges. Canadian police don't comment on or acknowledge arrests, so there's no way for me to independently confirm the information.

I'll post more details when I get them.

In Canada at least there's no statute of limitations for child abuse.

The legal system encourages and emboldens child predators. I have done everything possible to protect my daughter from her father […]. And at this very moment she is having a sleepover at his home where he continues to abuse her. She informed her teacher and the police as well as the CAS, all have claimed that I am putting these thoughts in her head and that she did not really experience the sexual abuse. why is he out ? prob no jail term for his first arrest . i hope he got probation , bc now he's going to jail , violating his probation .

Nussbaum was out on bail, as he has neither been tried nor convicted yet. The arrests were for additional charges. The police are building a case against him, which is why I continue to encourage other victims to speak out.

For Nussi, these are the facts. I personally have the information from the police, and I am sure I am not the only one here who does. As for the charges, if you were in Eitz Chaim and the choir, or if your family has a connection to Agudah, this is not the first time you have heard them.

i hope this time heshi nussbaum will get jail . i don't know why the court let him go on bail on his first arrest . now, the court should be more serious and jail him , bc of additional charges . just in 2 months , he did it again .
