Video: Bill O'Reilly On The Goodman Child Sex Abuse Arrest
"27-year-old Andrew Goodman raped two boys, ages 11 and 13, over a period of four years. This savage pleaded guilty to 48 felony counts of criminal sexual acts, but New York State Judge Martin Murphy sentenced the monster to just two years in prison. Murphy gave Goodman the minimum sentence, but refuses to explain why. Enter U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch, who has charged Goodman with the federal crime of transporting a minor across state lines to engage in sexual activity. If convicted, Goodman could get at least ten years in a federal prison. Ms. Lynch is obviously doing this to protect children from Goodman, something Judge Murphy is unwilling to do. She is a hero and should be respected by all Americans for standing up to a gross injustice. Finally, we see a public official willing to right a grievous wrong and we want the entire country to know it. What about New York Governor Andrew Cuomo? He remains silent in the face of a judicial atrocity that has embarrassed his state…"

I don't agree with O'Reilly's politics most of the time, but when he gets on his high horse he can be awesome.
Perhaps Shmarya can send him more stories of frum filth.

Bill's ratings would go through the roof if he had more material like this. Hopefully, he would give Shmarya credit for all the research he has done to expose the chasids and protect all children.

A muckraker's reward is when he reads about his target in the newspaper [or on the TV]

oreilly@foxnews.com, request he give professional journalistic credit to FM.
Funny how they said the Brooklyn DA was angered by the sentence imposed. Isn't it safe to assume he brokered it?

This case was not a prime example of Shmarya being seriously involved the victims family was assistant by people like Rabbi Hect from CH.
Also this made it to the mainstream media so I highly doubt he got the story from F.M.

This website kept the story alive. There was no outrage on other sites. One poster on VIN said Goodman was adopted so not really a Jew.

Wow. I've finally found something to agree with O'Reilly on besides the Designated Hitter Rule.

Perhaps the feds were lurking in the background waiting for all the NYS charges to be resolved before dropping the hammer? It is possible that Judge Murphy may have been alerted to this prior to passing his sentence...

Anony, that's often the case. Many times the Feds see that Justice, or at least the desired outcome masquerading under that name, won't be done. So they get their shot lined up and drop the hammer when the local judge's gavel goes down. cf. Al Capone who couldn't be touched for his crimes in Illinois. So the government had its tax evasion case ready and waiting.

Anony,
The Feds have been watching this for awhile.
An arrest doesn't happen like this in a week.
I would be surprised if Goodman receives less then 20 years in a Fed prison.
Oreily doesn't need more viewers, he has been creaming e eryone else for years. Although Erin Burnet has a pretty good show.
The truth shall set you free said some religion. Watch Oreily although he doesnt know diddley squat about gun laws.

Did I miss something? Was there a Chasid in this case? I thought the whole frum connection was this guy's taking advantage of his Ohel position in order to do his crimes.

I just saw a press release from Sweeney's office that he's actually trying to work things out so the bill gets passed...BillO might've been a bit hasty to blame the Dems (shocker).
Still, his petition is fine, short sweet and to the point...not blaming anybody, just telling the governors to pass the law. Shmarya, might be worth it to link to BillO's petition in the post.

Shmarya, was the two-year sentence part of a plea bargain or something? It's hard to understand the light sentence otherwise.
