Liz Holtzman talks about her hunt for Avrohom Mondrowitz, who fled Brooklyn with the help and encouragement of rabbis just before being indicted for raping boys. Mondrowitz has lived safely and openly in Israel for more than 25 years as Israel repeatedly refused to extradite him – something Holtzman believes shames Israel.
