The 33-year-old son of the former head of the Orthodox Union admitted today that he stole more than $200,000 while he was free on bail.

The original sentencing on the original fraud guilty plea (he commited this second fraud while on bail awaiting sentencing) was scheduled for May 8. Will it still take place as scheduled? When is sentencing in the second matter?

I don't understand why he was never in jail to begin with! 4 years ago, this man tried to steal money from me and I pressed criminal charges. He pled guilty in Hackensack and was given probation with the stipulation that if one more criminal charge was brought against him, he'd automatically go to jail! Why didn't that happen?
