Chabad Turf War, Part 2
As two Chabad rabbis fight over turf, a document surfaces that appears to show one of them refused to allow a Chabad rabbinic court to decide the issue.

Which moser leaked this document?

this document is a forgery.
it was written up by Mark Feiglin.
Chaim Tzvi and Telsner deny this being a authentic letter.
It has 2 different dates on it, and it is unsigned.

I wonder why the letter is not signed???
That having been said, writing a letter to Krinsky and Kotlarsky for justice would be like writing to the mafia to set things straight.
Kotlarsky himself has been involved in countless disputes and Din Torahs and is himself one big fat political asshole surely not interested and has no balls to take sides.
and Krinsky is just one dumb imbecile more crooked the the primordial snake .

If Chaim Tzvi Groner is claiming that this is only a draft than how come Merkos removed Reb Arel and Rabbi Moishe Serebryanski on the same day that the letter was written?

I'm torn on this one.... There's enough tumah in Surfers Paradise to occupy a minyan of Chabad rabbis full time.
So while I'm initially inclined to say "the more, the merrier," this Serebranski seems to be a meshichist of sorts and his website, chabadinparadise.com.au, would clearly be insulting to any prior resident Lubav in that neck of Queensland.
Of course, the proper response for Krinsky and Kotlarsky would be to instruct Serebranski, as the newcomer, to follow the instructions of the designated ראיון דירעקטור for Australia, who is Chaim Tzvee Groner. End of story.
