Video: Alleged New Square Attempted Murderer Back In Yeshiva

Despite Skvere denials, Shaul Spitzer, the butler of the Skvere Rebbe, is back in yeshiva, laughing and smiling, while his victim and and the victim's family remain ostracized.

 

According to the Journal News:

A spokesman for community residents denied that Spitzer, who was treated in a New York City hospital for burns suffered in the attack, had returned to school.

This video appears to prove that spokesman wrong.

I don't know the law but if someone, say an 18 year old thug from Brownsville, commits a crime and is not in jail pending trial, is he forbidden to attend the New York City public school system?

If there is any outrage here it is why is he not in jail pending trial. As long as the authorities feel that incarceration is not warranted then I see no reason why he can't continue his schooling in the interim.

this is inconceivable that someone who burned another person goes to yeshiva and he is accepted but rottenbergs children are hounded and persecuted innocent children can anyone explain to me what his toireh learning is about if cant understand the basic rules of life not to harm another human being what is this world coming to if a community like squer shows utter conpempt to the ten commandments whats going on here.

This is not only outrageous but stupid. Sheinkopf is definitely not doing his PR job if he did not impress on the powers that be that Spitzer lie low.

If you remember this is how Rubashkin was hurt. A video of his 'dancing' circulated on YouTube, and enraged prosecutors. They did not understand concept of seudas hodu'uh.

I can just envision a righteous Gentile FBI senior agent fuming at this injustice and thinking to himself:
