Exclusive: Chabad Hasid Arrested For Sexual Abuse

The Crown Heights hasid was charged with Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree, Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

 

I exclusively reported the arrest last Friday.

The man's name is Moshe Y. "Itzik" Vaisfiche. His next court appearance is May 4th in Brooklyn Criminal Court. His bail was set at $5,000.

He is not a molested bachur raping an innocent female trying to prove to himself that he is heterosexual instead of homosexual. For that purpose he would have been better off going to a prostitute.

$5,000 bail is a joke. He should be required to post bail of at least a few million dollars if he should be let out on bail at all and a condition of his bail should be house arrest with an ankle braclet.
Even if he didn't forcibly rape her, he is guilty of statuatory rape. She is so young that he probably didn't have to force himself on her because of her lack of sex education. The chutzpa of a 33 year old man having sex with a 13 year old betula. Lock him up and throw away the key.
But that probably won't happen. He is pleading guilty to lesser charges and will probably get off with just probation and no jail time.

What a f---ed up community we have lived in for the past 40 years, when NO molesters were arrested. And what a clean community this is turning into, thanks to brave souls like Nuchem Rosenberg. Let justice rain down upon their heads.

But don't get paranoid! Not every third guy in the street is a child molester. Only every 5th guy is.

Keep in mind that every molester has approx. 30 victims, and 20% of victims become molesters. Do your math, and you won't be satisfied until another molester is arrested every HOUR.

I was told the prosecution would ask for high bail, and the amount the victim's family wanted I'm told was 100k.

But if there wasn't any penetration, or if it was statutory rape with conditions, in Brooklyn with this DA and the with most judges there won't be much bail.

Anyway, here is what Vaisfiche allegedly did:§130.55 Sexual abuse in the third degree.

A person is guilty of sexual abuse in the third degree when he or she subjects another person to sexual contact without the latter’s consent; except that in any prosecution under this section, it is an affirmative defense that (a) such other person’s lack of consent was due solely to incapacity to consent by reason of being less than seventeen years old, and (b) such other person was more than fourteen years old, and (c) the defendant was less than five years older than such other person.
Sexual abuse in the third degree is a class B misdemeanor.
§130.60 Sexual abuse in the second degree.

A person is guilty of sexual abuse in the second degree when he or she subjects another person to sexual contact and when such other person is:

Incapable of consent by reason of some factor other than being less than seventeen years old; or

Less than fourteen years old.

Sexual abuse in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.The girl was less than 14 years old when Vaisfiche abused her.
