"the kltzkin story" was a campaign to destroy a modern charedi who was part of a made for tv film on channel 2 (israel) about charedim. in the film, kletzkin's hand briefly touches his wife's and thus a campaign for months destroying an upright good person. amrom teitelbaum ran that whole campaign.

in meron, amrom teitelbaum lead the campaign against charedim working with state security to assure that the many visitors are safe. here is some info in yiddish, after AT was beaten by toldos aharon followers for his radical stance. take note that toldos aharon is one of the most radical groups of chareidim, the "reb aharelach" of meah sheorim, and this amrom teitlbaum is considered more of a "kano-i" (zealot) than them.
