2) There was a donning and doffing case brought against Agri by 27 plaintiffs who worked for the company. In effect the suit asked for back wages owed for the time it takes to get into their company required gear and the time it takes to remove that gear. There is case law on this involving a suit that went to the Supreme Court which upheld the claim that companies are required to pay workers for this time.

The day after the suit was filed, the lead plaintiff's garage mysteriously burnt to the ground.

Eventually, all 27 plaintiffs withdrew their names from the suit out of fear, and the suit was withdrawn.

I wanna learn more about how haredim hook-up with the Hafetz Hayyim. I am not familiar with the Chafetz Chiam group or foundation, however it seems to me all they are saying, yes Sholom Rubashkin is guilty of Bank fraud but he does not deserve to sit in prison for so many years compared to the crime he committed, I have never met the Chaftz Chaim and I would think he would also agree in true justice that Sholom should not have a very long prison sentence for inflating his invoices to the bank and was paying back the bank loan till the feds did not allow him to continue paying back the loan.
