Avraham M. Leizerowitz has started working at a new job. He is the mashgiach ruchani (religious counselor) in a Jerusalem yeshiva for teen boys who have trouble in mainstream yeshivot. Leizerowitz has been molesting children for decades. Several of his survivors have been posting on UOJ for the last four years. One of them labels himself "LVF" for Leizerowitz Victim Forever. According to LVF, Hynes is the main reason why Leizerowitz was never indicted. He ran away to Israel in 2006 when UOJ started publicizing his crimes.

All you guys are nuts! All you could do is speculate! I know for a fact that the so-called case against the holy mashgiach was full of bull. The reason why there is no case on him today is because the one who filed it to begin with pulled back. I spoke to the boy recently and he told me that it was his mothers idea to begin with to cause this whole embarrassment for the mashgiach. The reason for that was because he sent the boy out of the yeshiva.
I spoke to the boy 2 nights ago again and he told me that he pulled out of it because it was a lie. The whole thing was a fake. His mother came up with the story and forced him to follow through with it or else she will kick him out of the house. As soon as he was out from under the control of his mother and he was legal age he pulled the case out. He even told me that he even sent an apology letter to the mashgiach.
This boy is currently engaged and is getting married soon. He's happy with his life right now and forgives all those people who gave him a hard time. Another thing he told me that his mother is under investigation for filing many fraud lawsuits and complaints against several innocent people not only the mashgiach.
So please guys, stop the speculation and get your facts straight.
And by the way, mr. Goldberg, I know you took the pictures posted here. My friend who received it direct from you when you were in israel lately told me that you are the one that took the picture. So this goes to you too! Stop speculating!

So when we make a claim that someone is innocent, even if they truely are, it falls on deaf ears. If we reported abusers and brought them to justice as we should, then we would be believable when defending someone against false accusations. Without seeing the letter we have to assume the allegations have not been retracted. Even if they were retracted it could have been done by the boy to save his own reputation and get married. I just sent this posting by an old friend of mine who knew I learned in ger in the 90’s.

Anyone who denies the following is a liar, this is open knowledge.
In yagdel torah at age 12 right before you get bar mitzvah rabbi enden calls you in his office and does talk to you about manly things, he does ask very specific questions but at no time touches anyone.

Ger does focus allot on that subject and I don’t feel enden does anything wrong, he does assume thou that 12 year olds know what hes talking about and does ask over and over are you sure you didn’t see anything weird when you wake up in the morning etc.

Now move over to the misivtah and there you had the mashgiach, if you where not a fat slob but in decent shape he would find reasons to hug you extremely close.
This was common knowledge between the bochirim. He would do this in his office, it would start with normal conversation then he would get up get closer and slowly would start this hugging thing.

Many played it off as hes trying to get close to you, lets remember none of us knew much at age 13,14,15 etc, no TV at home, no radio no newspapers.

Ger is all about preventing guys being with guys, its forbidden that 2 guys be alone in a dorm room, here in ny or in upstate in camp.
