If the allegations against this fellow are true, then I would think -- כל שכן וקל וחומר -- he could use a bit of prayer and re-connection with his religious and moral tradition. Presumably, he includes the וודוי and על חטא (Hebrew liturgical confessions) when appropriate.

How can people be so stupid? Isn't the first condition of תשובה on sins בין אדם לחבירו that he be מרצה את חבירו if he would have done תשובה he would have at least apologized to his victims. Meanwhile it is alleged that his son offered one of his victims $200,000 not to testify, and another was approached by Rabbi S H with $1,000 and told that he did תשובה already.
There is another case of of a creep that keeps molesting kids in BP, that was recently fired from the Yeshiva where he was teaching children, because of pressure, I have heard from quite a few people that they have personally warned the principal of this yeshivah many times, and he ignored them, just yesterday i was told by someone that he personally warned the מנהל of another yeshiva, where this perp. was working in their summer camp not to hire him, and he just ignored him. Duh! He is orthodox so he has an obligation to daven Mariv. Most orthodox, if they can, daven in shul.

I don't know the man but if he did was he is accused of doing then he will find himself in jail and guess what - he will be davening Ma'ariv in jail.

Usually when one goes to shul, especially in a place like Boro Park, one goes to a shul that is closest to where they are. There are a million mincha/mariv minyonim going on. Most people are only interested in davening and going home. There is no entrance requirement, bouncer, receptionist at the shuls - you just walk in and daven. The rabbi and gabyim don't have to be there, just a bunch of people from the street walk in, ask if someone is a chiyuv if not someone volunteers to lead the davening. Just who should "throw him out"? People on this blog are asking a lot from the average Joe from the street. If there is a skunk here it is the person who took the pictures. Instead of taking pictures he should have thrown him out. This is like someone who instead of stopping a rape chooses to videotape it.
