Prosecution: Haredim Obstructed Justice In Starving Mom Case
Prosecution: Haredim influenced 'starving mother' investigation
Investigators say were unable to derive relevant information during interrogation of mother's other children due to influence of elements within Jerusalem's haredi community
Aviad Glickman • YnetThe State Prosecutor's Office accused members of Jerusalem's ultra-Orthodox community of obstructing the investigation against the woman who was charged with starving her toddler son, Ynet learned on Sunday.
The investigators wrote in their opinion that during their interrogation, the mother's other children refused to divulge any relevant information due to the involvement of elements within the capital's haredi community.
The children were interrogated for four hours on Thursday at Jerusalem's Protection Center for Youth and Children.
The mother, Ynet reported, gave her permission to the interrogation providing that her children be accompanied by someone on her behalf.
In light of the investigators' opinion, attorneys Maayan Oren-Rimon and Tal Wisman-Ben Shahar, for the prosecution, asked Jerusalem District Court Judge Moshe Ravid to issue a ruling regarding the danger they claim the mother poses to her other children.
The attorneys are also expected to ask the court to order Social Services to prepare a brief on the possible risk to the children and schedule a hearing on the matter as soon as possible.Last week Judge Ravid determined that the boy who was allegedly abused, who is now three-years-old, remain at his uncle's home. The mother will be permitted to visit him only with the accompaniment of a social worker and a psychologist, ruled the judge, adding that she will be able to remain in continuous contact with her son by phone.
Her children should have been removed immediately and interviewed when they caught her on the tape disconnecting the feeding tube.

i have a lot of first hand knowledge about medical malpractice in israeli hospitals that i would like to reveal to and share with the world through the internet, but before i spend time typing it on your website, i need a guarantee from you that you wont refuse to post it.

Spare us! I've seen the false allegations of malpractice against the hospital being posted on the internet regarding this case. Anyone with a brain can see that its all lies.

REuven Sabel: How come Hareidim do not obey "Al takir Panim"?
How come they defend child abusers (this woman) and child killers (Wallis)?
It just does not enter my head and shows me that the hareidi world is far from being Torah-true.

even though mr wallis killed his son it was an accident and he had no criminal intent. he suffered the loss of his son. does he need more punishment than to have lost his son? is he a dangerous criminal who needs to be locked up because he accidentaly killed his son? he was very young when he accidentaly killed his son and because he accidentally killed his son and suffered the grief of losing a son because of this, he will in the future be a better father than a father who never accidentally killed a child. because he is in jail for having accidentally killed his child, he is being deprived of the opportunity to be the father of more children because he is currently in jail. he should be let out of jail and encouraged to father many many more children because he has learned his lesson the hard way that he has to be super gentle with children and never be rough with children, a lesson that very few other people will ever have the opportunity to learn.
the bobover rebbe zatzal was asked after world war 2 what we should do to take revenge against hitler yimach shmo vzichro. the bobover rebbe replied that the best revenge that we can take against hitler is to have a lot of jewish children to more than make up for the number of jews that hitler killed and to give them yeshiva education to the point that we more than make up for the amount of torah learning that hitler destroyed.
mr wallis could help repopulate the world with jewish children talmidei chachomim yereim vishleimin if he would be allowed to go out of jail and live with his wife and have more children. there is or was a rosh yeshiva who before he would take a ride with anybody would ask them if they were ever involved in an automobile accident and would refuse to ride with a driver who was never involved in an automobile accident because he felt that drivers who have been involved in accidents will be more careful than drivers who have never been involved in accidents. from this reasoning we can infer that mr wallis will be a more careful parent than a parent who has never accidently killed a child.
we haredim believe that G-d is very forgiving and we should learn from G-d's forgiving midos that we should also be forgiving. hashem hashem kel rachum vichanun erech apayim virav chesed viemes notzer chesed laalafim notzer avon vafesha vichataah vinakeh. we should learn to be as forgiving as G-d and realize that G-d is a forgiving G-d and not a punishing G-d and we should forgive mr wallis just as
G-d forgives mr wallis. mr wallis didnt accidentally kill somebody elses child. he killed his own child and therefore doesnt even have to pay restitution to anybody for having killed this child. he dors however have to pay restitution to his wife for having killed her child and the only way that he can pay restitution to his wife for having killed her child is by giving her a lot more children which the secularists are preventing him from doing by keeping him in jail away from his wife.

regarding haredi child abusers, rabbi elior chen is a dangerous rodef and must be killed because he tells other people to be child abusers and even if he stays in jail he will run his child abusing cult from jail telling people who visit him in jail that they must beat up their children to get their children to behave. this is not only not a teaching of reb nachman breslaver but is the exact opposite of what reb nachman breslaver taught so dont blame braslaver hasidim or breslaver hasidus for his perverted ideas on how to raise children.
the people who have foolishly listened to him and abused their children should because of his advice should have their children taken away from them as deemed nescessary by rabbinical courts but not put in jail as they are not dangerous criminals.
the so called taliban mother, bruria keren, even if she is guilty of everything she is accused and convicted of should be let out of jail immediately because her punishhment is way too great for her crimes even if she is 100% guilty of 100% of what she is accused of her children all have better homes than her home and would not want to go back to her home unless they were not abused by her. she is not a danger to her children any more because her children all have better homes than her home and if she did what she is accused of having done to her children, her children would never want to live with her again.
my wife, who has never been accused of child abuse, had her children from her ex-husband move into their friends homes after she left her ex-husband. now she wants her children to move back in with her but her children dont want to move back in with her because they all have better homes with rich families. bruria keren's children also would not want to move back in with her unless she is innocent of what she is convicted of. therefore she is not dangerous to her children. the punishment does not fit the crime. let her out of jail immediately.

why does the zionist nazi gestapo regime keep bruria keren in jail without sentencing her for the crimes that she has committed? why dont they just sentence her to time served and let her out of jail? because the zionist nazi gestapo regime wants her to crack up and have a nervous breakdown in jail so that they can say that she is mentally ill and have an excuse to lock her up in a mental hospital for the rest of her life in order to be able to say that religious people are mentally ill so they will be have as an excuse to not become religious that religious people are mentally ill because religion causes mental illness and if they become religious they will also become mentally ill. they also want her locked up so that the truth will not get out that she is not guilty of everything she has been convicted of.
