thanks shmarya, a great new year to you and yours.

shana tova to all in FM land.

Thanks, APC!

Shmarya,

A K'Siva and Chasima Tova to you and your loved ones. May you have a wonderful year!

WSC: thanks for links and all the best!!

Shanah tovah, guys and gals. Shmarya, an additional thanks to you for helping to pull the wool off my eyes with this site, and to all of you who have engaged in dialogue with me and challenged me. I owe you big and look forward to more.

All the very best to everyone for a Happy, Healthy and Sweet New Year!

You won't blog on rosh hashanah? both days?

a gut yuar everybody and maybe this blog will have a diff outlook next year

And for the first time I know of, International Talk Like a Pirate Day (est.1995 - 5755 in the Hebrew calendar) falls on the first day of Rosh Hashana (est. 0 in the Hebrew calendar).

Aaargh shiver me timbers - have a shana tova ye scurvy dogs and a k'tiva v' chatima tova me hearties!!!

Successful Messiah, everyone here at FM, on various threads, has been extending sincere unqualified good wishes to everyone else.

You are the only person to use the occasion for an insult at someone. It says something about you that I'd rather not be thinking on erev Rosh Hashanah.

All the best to everyone on this blog, for a meaningful Rosh Hashanah and for my hope, that the coming year, will be one where we can all address the various issues brought up here with mutual respect, in spite of differences of opinion.

L'shana Tovah to all of you on FM.

לשנה טובה לכולם

L'shana Tovah to all of you on FM and around the world

May you be sealed for blessings this year at Yom Teruah. L'Shana Tovah to you and all of your readers. Shalom!

A happy new year to all!

Once again, Shanah tovah to all.

To the tune of "Auld Lang Syne:"

Should slighted acquaintances be forgot,
And never brought to mind?
Should slighted acquaintances be forgot,
And no mechila time?

Chorus:
For it's mechila time, quite near,
For it's mechila time.
We'll wish you Shanah tovah yet,
Soon it's mechila time.

Let's hope the Chareidim give Shmarya less material.

happy new year! my prayer is for peace, of course!

My apologies for being late, but this is always a hectic time of the year.

I would like to wish Shmarya and all the other regulars whose postings also make this site such great site to visit, a wonderful Shana Tova and well over the fast.

May this year bring all good things to all my friends on FM. Shmarya, may the rising of the sun each morning supply you with rejuvenated afflatus to your mission of bringing light to the obsidian recesses of the orthodox world. And may the partisan antagonisms among our disparate groups within Judaism cease and may we be able to love each other as one people and in the manner G-d intended.

Bravo YL !!! I am late w/my shana tovah wishes as I have been "not in the neighborhood" But May You all be inscribed for the Happiest Healthiest New Year!!!! Live well and prosper. MUAH !!!!
