There is nothing illegal in this.

However, companies use often Delaware to hide ownership details from the public.

The address listed on Utica Ave. is the plant.

A foreign corporation has to do with a business incorporated in a different state.

There are many advantages to this - all perfectly legal.

Publicly, they are one of countless small, unknown (at least outside their industry)New York City manufacturers. They are located on a block with mostly auto repair shops and dealerships on it. You never hear anything about them.

You can see a picture of the plastics plant on Google Maps. Plug in 1480 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11234, hit search, go to Street View, rotate the image 180 degrees and you can see the plant. It is located next to the elevated freight railroad tracks.

If he chooses to ignore the long-term, multi-generational families, he would be making a irreparable, irrevocable error in decision-making. Shmarya, once again you demonstrate how truly arrogant are. Many corporations incorporate in Delaware for the simple reason that Delaware state corporate law favors businesses versus consumers more than any other state in the United States.

Please post your letter in the appropriate newspapers and see that HF gets a copy, Certified Returned Mail.

Please consider enumerated what is demanded from HF:

1. No RCF members or their supporters permitted to work in the plant.

2. Living wages paid to all employees with adequate health insurance paid for or subsidized.

3. Pemitting all employees to join a union, with no intimidation, etc.

4. Paid overtime.

5. Honest and tranparent Kashrut Certification. [OU, KAJ and Weissmandl banned]

6. 24/7 Camera monitoring of critical areas within the plant by neutral third parties, with legal permission to report violations of USDA or OSHA regulations.

7. Other things you can add to this.
