I think it was, and I told several players it would work out this way, with a sale announcement late today.
Why?
Because the buyer is problematic.

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - The trustee for a bankrupt kosher slaughterhouse says the company could be sold soon.
Agriprocessors, Inc., bankruptcy trustee Joe Sarachek on Friday described a sale as "in the works," and that he'll have an announcement "shortly."
Immigration agents raided the Agriprocessors slaughterhouse in Postville in May 2008. In October, the company filed for bankruptcy protection.
The company failed to find a buyer during a bankruptcy auction in March, but Sarachek has said three companies are actively pursuing the plant.
Earlier this month, an unnamed company bought a $10 million line of credit to the company, paving the way for a sale.
Who's buying Agriprocessors? This guy.
I am still not satisfied, and I will not partake of the new and "improved" rubbishcan.

Rumors are flying about the "new" owners and let me say they are NOT good! So once again Postville has sealed their own fate. If our leaders would have stood up to the governement and demanded this place be closed this could/should have been behind us. Instead we cried to the government that this poor town could no way survive without the shitty plant. Now the good citizens can only hope that Satmar has LOTS of money so they can buy up the remainder of the homes and we can get out of this unending nightmare. Thanks city leaders for your devotion to the people whom once made this town great. Get out while you can...................

No, do not leave! stay and fight the dogs in black, and the illegal aliens! Never give up, never give in!! fight , and fight , and fight. We are wright!! and they are wrong!! Make our stand here, and now. Hopefully Iran will take care of the problem over there, and then we can run them out of here!!!! and that's the facks man!!!!
