Agriprocessors Management Color Coded
How senior are the two supervisors arrested earlier today?
If the information I've seen is correct, they are…
…very senior:

But they are still two levels below what the OU needs to "take action."
In other words, the OU won't do anything until a Rubashkin yellow box turns orange.
A good way to understand the OU's thinking is to view Agriprocessors management this way:

Until a Jewish member of senior management is indicted, tried and convicted, the OU will do nothing.

I think there may be a level missing here. Human Resources and the CFO all report directly to Sholom Rubashkin and not to the Plant Manager. Could be wrong about that but worth checking.

When you posted "color coded," I originally thought what color hard hats the two arrested supervisors wore -- remember the earlier indictment where there was a claim that immigrants who got paid in cash or different color checks wore different color hard hats?

Is Hosam Amara the plant manager, one step closer to the Rubashkins than the two men just arrested? And may the Rubashkins have conspired to send him off to Israel so that he would not be available to spill the beans on them?

Here is how it goes with the color coding of hats as I am a former employee. The 2 main plant mgrs are Gary Norris and Brent Beebe, they are orange hats, they answer to the Rubashkins. The last I knew the 2 arrested men were yellow hats. Underneath the yellow hats you have a few people in each dept that have green hats. Then next you have someone in each dept with a gold hat. THen the regular line workers in each dept have white hats for the Beef side and blue hats for the poultry side. The number of green and gold hats in each dept depends on the number of people in the dept. Most of the people that wore the green and gold hats were apprehended in the raid on May 12. The 2 arrested workers, Martin and Carlos are allowed to work in the United States as they have been married to American women for about 8 or 9 years. As for Hasom Amara he left Postville about one month ago with one of his children and according to a neighbor of his, his wife and 3 other children that were still here left about 1 1/2 to 2 wks ago. The neighbor stated that all of a sudden moving vans pulled up to the house and in a hurry loaded everything in the house into the vans including cars. Sources say that they are either in Canada(people say that Rubashkins are hiding them) or in Israel.

SOP: The worst of all are those who wore black hats.

This whole saga could make for the inspiration of a great board game. Postville Parcheesy or even a sitcom like the Adams Family with Sholom playing Lurch and Heshy as the bat boy, Eddie. Or even the Gong Show where the Rubbishcans perform the Limbo, how low can they go and still stay on before the gong goes off?

Yid & 1/2: How about Monotony, where the Rubbishcan shills trot out the same boring excuses again and again, while Rubbishcan tries to corner the kosher meat market. My favorite card is "Go to Jail." I can't wait until Rubbishface draws that one.
