Another shocking incident of abuse perpetrated by parents on their own children was unearthed in Israel Tuesday when a mother of eight was arrested on suspicion of raping her young children aged 8 and 11.
The 38-year-old resident of Netivot admitted to the allegation and claimed that she did this in order to take revenge on her husband.

All the children were moved a year ago to boarding schools due to suspicions of neglect and abuse on the part of the mother.

The police said that when the mother admitted to the charges she claimed that she carried out the offense it in order to get back at her former husband from whom she had been recently divorced.

During the investigation into the original allegations of neglect, suspicions emerged that sexual relations with two of her children had existed for a number of months during the children's visits to their mother.

The incident was exposed as employees of the boarding school noticed that the children would stay late. Their behavior was described as "strange" by one of the brothers who then appealed to Netivot authorities.…

That is the best evidence you could find that she is orthodox? Unless there are two such stories floating around, this story has been widely reported and the identy of this woman is well known. She is orthodox and also a known loonie bin, though this story is shocking nonetheless.

This is very sad. As for a kulots (which is the skirt that looks like trousers. When you sit down you can tell it's trousers, it's only when standing it looks like a skirt...what the woman/girl is wearing is a skirt and it's pleated...which says frumpy to me and it's a full skirt and deffinately not short as you can tell by the way the skirt lies.

What really doesn't matter is what she calls herself. If it was a secular Jew, the story wouldn't say "secular Jewish woman" or "Conservative Jewish woman" or "reform Jewish woman". .... It would just say "woman arrested for abuse" "mother of 8 arrested" etc...

It does matter that it's charedi.
Chredi means you keep torah and mitzvot and it clearly states in the torah that incest is an abomination. As for abuse, it is clear according to halacha that one cannot smack a child in anger because you will hurt them more than you would normally if you give them a little smack on the hand.
So if these people do all this learning and can sit and condemn others for dressing more modern or any other nonsense they make up, then for them to go and do this is so hypocritical and not only that it's disgusting and it is a much bigger chilul Hashem than if a none religious person did this sort of thing...although anyone doing this is disturbed and ought to be taken away from society.
