Orthomom Beats The Rap
Many of you may remember the baseless lawsuit brought by a local elected official against the anonymous blogger orthomom. The elected official was upset because anonymous commenters on orthomom's blog called her a bigot. She bizarrely sued orthomom for defamation in what many believed to be a thinly disguised attempt to out orthomom and thereby silence her. A few hours ago, the judge ruled in favor of orthomom.
Mazel tov to orthomom and a special thanks to the group Public Citizen for providing orthomom with an attorney.
The black criminal who almost killed Rabbi Mondrowitz has been caught. He is 37 year old Lee Tucker with a history of mental illness. He is now cooling his heels in a NJ jail. Why the mental hospital put a homicidal maniac on the steet is the question?

There was a time when mentally ill people with violent tendencies were locked away in mental hospitals, but at least they got meals and someplace warm to sleep. that is until reporters exposed ' horrible ' conditions inside these places. OK figured the officials out they go, into the world, with some pills that these people tended not to take. This accounts for a good portion of the homeless, cannot hold a job or to socialize properly.

Because they as a group are rioting, etc. If you read Miriam Shear's piece, you'' note that violence was done with the permission of their rabbis.
No black leader condones what this mentally ill person did.
