Chabad Property May Be Most Blighted, Newspaper Says

According to the Austin (Minnesota) Daily Herald, the Chabad-Lubavitch yeshiva imay be the most blighted building in all of downtown Austin. This follows years of code violations and blight at locations in Saint Paul and Inver Grove Heights.
